Directions to AMR from within the Austin City Area Directions from North I35: Take I35 South towards downtown. Exit at the “8th-3rd Street” exit. Immediately get into the second lane to avoid the “left turn only” lane at 6th Street. This lane will become the left lane once past 6th street. Press in the code for Suite 101, Austin Market Research, and you will be buzzed in. Walk down the hall until you see the lobby. Suite 101 is located on the lobby. Directions from South I35: Take I35 North towards downtown. Exit at the “Caesar Chavez-5th Street” exit. Start edging your way over to the right lane. 501 Studios will be directly on your right at 5th Street. Turn into the parking lot and go to the periwinkle blue building on lot, Bldg 906. Once you have parked, walk to the entrance of the building and locate the black security box. Press in the code of Suite 101 which will be 0101, Austin Market Research, and you will be buzzed in. Walk down the hall until you see the lobby with bright orange couches. Suite 101 is located on the lobby. Directions from North Mopac: Take Mopac heading south, exit the “1st-5th Street” exit. Veer to the right towards 1st Street. Be sure to stay in one of the middle lanes since there are a few left turn lanes only at some intersections. Stay on 1st Street until it intersects with I35. Turn left right under the overpass. Take the service road towards 6th Street. 501 Studios Office Complex will be on the right. You will see a stone building that resembles The Alamo and two brightly painted buildings to the right of it, one yellow, one blue.
