Quickly working her way up to the position of Director of Field Services, Patti has a genuine knack for keeping everything organized during even the most chaotic of work periods and is able to multi-task an infinite number of projects. Having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University, she brings the depth and breadth of knowledge that the field of market research requires. In addition to Patti’s degree in Marketing, she brings experience in marketing services, account services, customer services, client services and general management.

Beyond all of her experience lies a person who truly cares about what happens to every project. On her quest for the smoothest, most perfectly run project, she knows there will be “creepy crawlies” along the way, to which she will enthusiastically smash, one after another.
