This born and raised Austinite is proud to have earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mathematics from Austin’s own historically Black university – Huston-Tillotson University.

Shawn has over eight years of experience working as a supervisor at market research companies. He formerly worked as a lead phone-room supervisor at First Market Research and as a phone-room supervisor at TS2 Research, both in Austin, before being hired by Austin Market Research to come in and take a leading role with the development of a new and fully functional evening and weekend recruiting operation, for which he would serve in the capacities of lead supervisor and project manager.

As time has passed, Shawn has moved on to other new challenges within this organization, such as the construction of a new and more intuitive recruiting database that he now maintains on a regular basis. His current job duties at Austin Market Research include database and website management, online survey development, and management of social networking content; as well as handling office administration duties such as employee timekeeping.

Shawn brings a vast amount of experience – from that of project management, staff management, and information technology. He is a great asset to AMR; yet, in addition to his numerous job duties here, he also currently works in another position elsewhere as a Systems Analyst.
